I am a self-taught mixed media artist, art facilitator, and published author based in Connecticut. My creative journey began in 2019 as a personal search for a deeper connection with God—a search that led me to nature, journaling, and the healing practice of making art. What began as a spiritual exploration has since blossomed into a calling to create, teach, and build community through artistic expression.
My work is rooted in acrylic and watercolor painting techniques, as well as drawing and sketching with pencil, ink, and charcoal. I’m drawn to mixed media—combining collage, found objects, molding mediums, ephemera, and pressed flowers—to build texture and meaning into each piece. My artistic style often explores the emotional resonance of symbolism, with themes inspired by nature, faith, and personal transformation.
Watercolor and ink become my tools for inner healing, while my larger works reflect an expressive flow that bridges abstract realism with storytelling. Through art journaling, I blend writing and imagery to explore life’s deeper narratives, encouraging others to do the same.
In addition to my personal art practice, I’m passionate about creating spaces where others can access their own creativity. I lead art workshops, retreats, classes, and healing sessions for individuals of all ages, integrating creative curriculum development and hands-on techniques that meet participants where they are. I also offer public speaking and live art demonstrations, using art as a tool for connection and collective healing.
With a heart for community, I lead collaborative and community art projects, bringing people together—both online and in person—for shared creative experiences. Whether painting outdoors, teaching in a group, or curating a retreat, I believe in art’s ability to awaken, restore, and empower. My work is an invitation to explore, to heal, and to find joy through the sacred act of creating.

In The Father’s Gentle Tug, I will take you on a transformative journey through reflections on nature, biblical wisdom, and personal stories, I use vivid imagery—from the resilient bumblebee to the patient magnolia tree and the unity of ants—to reveal deep truths about God's purpose and promises.
When I was a kid, my Dad surprised us with a telescope for beginners. It was perfect for viewing the celestial planets, moon and stars close enough to the earth. I remember being excited to see the craters of the moon for the first time. It was unimaginable and beyond my own abilities to count the vast amount of stars in the dark moonlit skies. It was always entertaining to see the constellations and see how many shapes I could find.
